Wellbeing! Important to career and study success

Staying focused and committed to a career journey is not easy. In these challenging times, sometimes it can be hard to get your head around it!

Keeping yourself and your whānau well as much as possible is important. The wellbeing of our WhyOra whānau is very important to us!

We talked to Taranaki based wellbeing champion Paul Rangiwahia about some of his ideas on how to keep well.

2. Talking about Feelings

With so much happening this year, it can feel like our feelings and lives are a bit all over the place.

There’s a lot of uncertainty, disappointment and frustration, as things we expected have changed.

Sometimes in Aotearoa we are not the greatest at talking about how we feel!
