Reporting to the General Manager People & Capability, this role of Organisational Development – Projects is intended to support the organisation development team whilst an internal secondment occurs.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need an understanding of and a proven ability in related organisational development areas:
It is essential that you understand how organisational development drives business outcomes and influences employee behaviour and culture. You’ll need strong project management skills, the ability to prioritise based on a business plan, and enthusiasm for collaboration. A background working in a large complex organisation would be helpful. We are flexible on your industry background.
