Are you ready for an exciting new challenge?
We are seeking applications from skilled and enthusiastic senior administrators to work in a new role within the Quality and Risk Unit.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating essential quality and risk services and supports the operational function of the Quality and Risk team. The unit is undergoing significant changes in 2019 and welcomes innovation and initiative in this dynamic environment.
Key areas of responsibility include personal assistant to the manager, general administration, incident management system support and reporting and undertaking quality projects.
You will need:
· Business administration and/or a personal assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Competent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
· Ability to work collaboratively with a range of teams.
· Experience working in health-related field is an advantage.
