Work Area: Across North and South Taranaki

Why Ora is on the lookout for a new Kaiārahi to join our dynamic team!
We’re seeking someone who brings energy, creativity, and a deep commitment to supporting taiohi Māori and their whānau. This role is all about inspiring and guiding taiohi, helping them navigate pathways into meaningful careers—particularly within education, health, and community sectors.
If you’re a connector who can build strong relationships across iwi, education, community, and employment networks—and you believe in the power of kaupapa Māori to uplift futures—then we want to hear from you!
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who can connect and manaaki taiohi with authenticity
- Experience working with Māori communities, iwi or whānau-focused initiatives
- Confidence navigating education, employment, and community systems
- A flexible, can-do attitude with strong communication and facilitation skills
- Understanding of Te Ao Māori, with knowledge of Te Reo me ōna Tikanga (especially Taranaki) an advantage
- A full, clean driver’s licence and the ability to pass a Ministry of Justice check
